Great at answering auto questions and solving problems for their customers
My husband and I drove an hour to this location to buy a thermostat for our vehicle. The employee failed to tell us that this particular thermostat did not come with a gasket. This is something the employees should know to tell customers. I could have merely spent another $2-3 for a gasket while I was there, rather than $15-20 for another hour long trip each way (gas included).
