The people that work in this establishment, has very poor customer service.... and they can be rude and not helpful at all. we eat at this location every other weekend so our information is in the system yet and still, it's always a issue getting our food delivered. I love papa John's pizza but it is not worth the drama and stress when all you want is something quick and easy. Guess I'll have to find another pizza place that values Their customers and appreciates their business...
This place is hit and miss. It all depends on who is working there as to whether or not you'll have a good experience. There's been times when dealing with the workers has been a complete nightmare. It has kind of forced me to order my pizza online and go pick it up myself. Plus I earn points that way and it's usually the way I go. There's an occasional mess up but overall their Pizza is pretty good
Worst papa johns ever.
Very disappointed. I ordered a few pizzas and was told that it was going to be ready in about an hour, as I was for carry out. 20 minutes later, I received a phone call from papa john's and was told that it wasn't gonna be ready by the time I was given, since they had more orders before mine. What really bothers me is that they should've told me the time of pick up right after placing my order and not 20 minutes after.
Said they knocked on my door, not true, i missed the driver's calls, but they didnt leave any kind of message, ended up charging me anyways. never again.
