Called for help for a customer of ours who wrecked his motorcycle and was hurt. When I told them who I worked for, they said, "Not a chance. Don't you ever call here again." I told them that he was hurt and needs help getting back to Louisville and they replied, "So what."
Even short handed, they had my air conditioning fixed quickly. They even went and picked up the parts themselves so it was done more quickly. Gene loves to joke and tease... very nice people who"Do it right the first time"...Highly recommend them!!
