Out here in kentucky working from Colorado. Everything is fresh, nicely done and everything cooked in front of you. This place is definialty a good spot ! Mmm so fresh. Keep up the good work!

Seriously, this is the best Chinese food place in Carrollton. New China has closed and you're probably thinking that this wins by default but you're wrong. The food is authentic and lovingly portioned, the employees are awesome(even if accents may get in the way), and the prices are just right. I'm not a Carrollton native and I have specific restaurants that I would go to in my hometown for this kind of food but ToC is my home away from home.
